Heyyyy it's your girl LaTris. I have a question; Do you need a vacation? Whether it's with a group, a friend or two or simply by yourself, how often do you get to travel? Getting a chance to travel is therapeutic and refreshing for your mental health. As I talked with different women from all walks of life for an example: a single mother, a married woman with children, and a business professional woman with no children; yes, they all have different dynamics of life but they all had one thing in common which is preserving their mental health. They all view that in-order to maintain balance in their life rather traveling near or far, traveling is much needed to refocus, reset and recharge themselves mentally.
