Why traveling is what every woman need for mental health...

Heyyyy it's your girl LaTris.   I have a question; Do you need a vacation?  Whether it's with a group, a friend or two or simply by yourself, how often do you get to travel? Getting a chance to travel is therapeutic and refreshing for your mental health. As I talked with different women from all walks of life for an example: a single mother, a married woman with children, and a business professional woman with no children; yes, they all have different dynamics of life but they all had one thing in common which is preserving their mental health. They all view that in-order to maintain balance in their life rather traveling near or far, traveling is much needed to refocus, reset and recharge themselves mentally.  Knowing that your environment and everyday routine has a huge impact on your overall mental health. Wine Style: What’s your way to W.I.N.E down!!!

  What is your favorite wine?  How do you W.I.N.E down at the end of the day? Life can be so overwhelming sometimes it makes you want break down and cry. I am a wife, a mother, a caregiver for my mother who has dementia; let me say it’s a hard job and at times I don’t know if I am capable of doing it. I had took a step back from working in corporate America in the pharmaceutical industry to care for my mother. When I say, I had to learn of ways to take time for myself in-order to be there wholeheartedly for my family. I will share some of those here with you; you may use the ways I have shared or create your own that works and best fits you. Let me tell you a bubble bath, music, a glass of wine  and the bottle next to the is one of my favorite ways to relax after a long day.
