Wine Style: What’s your way to W.I.N.E down!!!

How do you W.I.N.E down at the end of the day?
Life can be so overwhelming sometimes it makes you want break down and cry. I am a wife, a mother, a caregiver for my mother who has dementia; let me say it’s a hard job and at times I don’t know if I am capable of doing it. I had took a step back from working in corporate America in the pharmaceutical industry to care for my mother. When I say, I had to learn of ways to take time for myself in-order to be there wholeheartedly for my family. I will share some of those here with you; you may use the ways I have shared or create your own that works and best fits you.
Let me tell you a bubble bath, music, a glass of wine and the bottle next to the is one of my favorite ways to relax after a long day.
No matter what age or stage you are in your life, you deserve that night to yourself. We are constantly on the move and sometimes forget about yourself and what we need to keep going. Well, I’m here to tell you if you are a single mother/father, married, entrepreneur, 9-5/overnight working, etc Me Time is important. After, taking care of kids, spouse, cooking/cleaning, trying to be a good friend all the above let’s just say F**k that take time out for yourself.
Going on a date with yourself sometimes is another way to get that Me Time. No one calling you mom, asking a 100 questions, you don’t have to entertain a conversation that you may have already talked about before or you don’t have to hear drama or give advice that they just won’t listen to anyway. It’s just you and your thoughts.
Another way is going to sit in your garage or backyard and make a space to enjoy the weather, play some music, read a book, write in your journal or just sit and relax in peace and quiet.
I know you maybe scared or feel weird about going out by yourself but if you don’t try it you really wouldn’t know how it makes you feel. If this helps start once a month going to Starbucks take a book, grab a Frappuccino and a seat for about 30 minutes. To make it even simpler take a walk to your nearest park by yourself breathe in that air and exhale all the negativity, stress, anxiety or whatever feeling that you are experiencing. If you feel great; increase your time and move on to going to have dinner with yourself and so forth.
Taking the time out for yourself can sometimes be difficult but GO FOR IT!!?Self-care is important for your everyday life, make a self-care routine for a better mental and physical health.

Look up different ways on self-care ideas that are suitable for you and apply them. Again, it maybe hard to get started but once you start it will become apart of your routine and you will feel a sense of calmness and peacefulness.
